Bamigbola Consulting, a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, was established in December 2007 and commenced operations in July 2008. With its strategic Business Locational Development plan, the firm has grown with twelve (12) seasoned professionals spread across the two (2) leading geographical economy locations in Nigeria, where our offices are located.

Our firm, Bamigbola Consulting, is an indigenous firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers registered with the Estate Surveying and Valuation Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with mandate to practice the profession of Estate Surveying and Valuation. The firm is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C) and the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC), in compliance with the global Financial Reporting Standard.

Based on our professional training and practice, our areas of competency cover Plant and Equipment Valuation, Land and Building Valuation, Property/Facilities Management, Project Management and Real Estate Investment Advisory Services.
